If you’ve ever jumped into the latest diet trend, workout craze, or miracle supplement—only to feel frustrated by a lack of progress—you’re not alone. Too often, we chase quick fixes before mastering the fundamentals of our health. That’s why I’m here. As a Registered Nurse, Nutrition and Health Coach, and Macro Coach, my mission is to help you build a strong, lasting foundation of health—not just for yourself, but for future generations. Whether you're looking to lose fat, build muscle, manage a pre-existing condition, or simply feel better in your body, I’ll guide you in learning how to fuel yourself properly—without extreme restrictions or unsustainable plans.
My passion for health is personal. I’ve struggled with weight, self-image, and depression, and I’ve seen firsthand how a lack of proper nutrition education impacts families. From my dad’s battle with Type 2 diabetes and heart disease to my own journey of learning how to nourish my body. To the right, you’ll see snapshots of my journey. In the picture with my dad, I’m 16. In the picture on the lake, I am 30 years old and just 103 pounds, completely drained—mentally and physically—because I never learned how to properly fuel my body or manage my stress. It took me almost 40 years to truly understand how to approach nutrition and fitness in a sustainable, healthy way.
Now, I help men and women at every stage of life build a balanced, healthy lifestyle that works for them. I create personalized, sustainable nutrition plans that empower you to take control of your health—not just for now, but for the long run. By fueling your body with the right nutrients, supporting your metabolism, and managing stress, sleep, and movement, you’re not only improving your own well-being but also setting an example for those around you. Let’s break the cycle of quick fixes and misinformation and build lasting, generational health—together.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching
This coaching is all about you—your goals, your lifestyle, and what works best for your body. We’ll start with a big-picture look at your health, covering everything from sleep and nutrition to movement and stress. Then, we’ll set realistic, sustainable goals to help you succeed with your nutrition and movement.
You'll get all the tools and resources you need, plus weekly check-ins to track progress through a shared Google doc. Whether you prefer to meet in person or virtually, I’ll be here to guide and support you every step of the way!
$180 a month, 3 month commitment

Group Coaching
If you're looking for guidance, accountability, and a supportive community to help you reach your nutrition goals, my virtual group coaching program is the perfect fit. We’ll focus on learning how to fuel your body, set personalized macros, and create sustainable habits. You’ll have access to a private Facebook group for daily accountability, coaching support, and live sessions, plus bi-weekly check-ins on a shared Google sheet to track progress. There’s also an optional workout plan for those wanting extra structure. Multiple group coaching options with different formats, time commitment and budgets to choose from throughout the year.
$60-$150 a session

One Time Consultation
If you’re looking for a one-time macro consultation, this 1-hour virtual session is perfect for getting your questions answered and receiving a customized macro breakdown tailored to your goals. Whether you need guidance on how to structure your nutrition, adjust your intake, or simply understand what your body needs, this session will give you clear, actionable steps. For $75, you’ll walk away with a personalized macro count and the confidence to start fueling your body the right way.
